The room was cozy with a nice seating area, a fireplace, and a balcony. I felt relaxed and at home.

The tub stopper was broken, but it didn't bother me much.

The apartment was beautiful and had all that we needed. Had all necessary amenities, a dining area, a sitting area and a fireplace.

We loved big size and beautiful rooms and good food.

All in all everything was excellent, had an amazing stay for our vacation. Its location was convenient and handy so close to everything. Booked a room with incredibly beautiful views of the mountains. The bed was exceptionally comfortable & the staff was affable and really helpful...

The spacious room on the higher floors with central heating, a variety of TV channels, and a microwave was exactly what I needed, and the friendly staff made the stay even better.

The Lodges of the Great Smoky Mountains offered a beautiful apartment with a balcony boasting stunning mountain views. The fully stocked kitchen and washer/dryer were convenient amenities. The check-in/check-out process was quick and the staff was friendly. I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.

I recently had a great stay at a charming hotel nestled near the main parkway in Pigeon Forge. The value for money was fantastic considering the fully equipped kitchen, cozy fireplace, and beautiful deck that came with my well-appointed apartment. The attention to detail was evident in the top-of-the-line kitchen appliances, luxurious bath products, and great coffee provided. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, making sure I had everything I needed. Additionally, the location was perfect, just a short distance from the Island in Pigeon Forge, allowing for easy access to restaurants, shops, and entertainment.
